Blake Hardison

Blake Hardison is a co-founder of Ike and crucial to the company’s success. Blake has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of complex real estate issues through the many transactions he has completed on behalf of his clients.
Blake originally developed his real estate acumen in 2009 through his work at Sell & Associates, an Arizona-based commercial real estate appraisal firm. During the Great Recession, Blake pursued commercial real estate brokerage and represented banks and lenders to sell REO and distressed properties. His integrity and market knowledge propelled him to become a 2012 top producer at City to City Commercial. In 2013, Blake became a Founding Member of Keyser and served on the company’s Executive Advisory Council. While at Keyser, Blake completed lease renewals, expansions, subleases, purchases, sales, sale leasebacks, and consulting projects, receiving tremendous reviews from his clients and peers.
Blake values integrity. He won’t take on a client unless he has the bandwidth to work on that client’s real estate requirement as if it were his own. He integrates a data-driven approach to systematically solve problems. Blake has channeled this knowledge to create results on behalf of his clients and in turn has been recognized as a leader in his field.

Clint Hardison

Clint Hardison is a co-founder of Ike. As a result, the company’s central values reflect Clint’s own commitment to the application of integrity, knowledge, and expertise in securing his clients the best deal terms possible in their real estate transactions.
Clint’s foundational understanding of commercial real estate is built upon the seven years he spent in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. During that time, Clint helped develop value opinions for industrial, office, retail, and land properties and gained an appreciation for and reliance upon a data-centric approach to real estate transactions.
In 2013, Clint transitioned to the brokerage industry to become a Founding Member of Keyser, where he quickly became a top producer and was asked to serve on the company’s Executive Advisory Council. To date, Clint and his team have completed hundreds of transactions including sales, leases, purchases, sale-leasebacks and subleases worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Clint holds as a matter of personal pride the level of service that he provides to his clients. He demonstrates his commitment to their success by managing the various phases of the transaction process with the utmost strategy and care, never relenting until the job is done and done right. He also always finishes his vegetables.

Robert Harding

Robert is a co-founder of Ike and brings a valuable skill set to the team which he has gathered from dedicating the past 7 years to providing comprehensive real estate services to his clients.
In 2014, Robert began his tenant representation career at Keyser where his team focused on creating strategic real estate plans for companies both locally and nationally. Robert has a deep understanding of the growing Phoenix commercial real estate market, where he serves office, industrial and medical users with all of their commercial real estate needs. Over the years, Robert has developed a passion for understanding and serving the needs of his clients by helping them navigate the intricacies of commercial real estate including lease renewals, relocations, consolidations, subleases, acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, consulting, and lease portfolio management.
