Fee Structure

When representing tenants in lease negotiations, the Ike team is virtually always paid only once its client’s transaction is completed. Furthermore, the landlord with whom our client executes the lease, and not the client themselves, almost always directly pays the Ike team. Unless specifically otherwise agreed to, the Ike team is never an added or direct cost to the tenants we represent in lease negotiations, lease renewals, and lease expansions.

When representing buyers in purchases, the Ike team is virtually always paid only once its client’s transaction is completed. Furthermore, the seller from whom our client purchase the property, and not the client themselves, almost always directly pays the Ike team. Unless specifically otherwise agreed to, the Ike team is never an added or direct cost to the buyers we represent in buyer representation.

When subleasing space on behalf of a tenant, the Ike team charges a listing fee that is due only once the sublease is completed. Often times, we ask that our clients pay one-half of our fees upon lease execution and one-half of our fees upon sublease execution. The Ike team builds consulting packages that are customized to fit the needs of companies that need expert guidance but for whom a real estate transaction is not eminent or where transaction commissions don’t apply.
